How the project payments work:
Once a project becomes available, we look for what is required to successfully complete it. We look for freelancers that have the right set of skills to work on the project. We let those freelancers know, asking them who would be interested in working on it. Some decline, others agree to work on the project.
We provide them with the necessary information to create designs. Once contractors submit ideas to us, we submit everything to the client. The client will eventually pick out a sketch that they liked. The contractor that created that sketch gets paid for the sketch and has an opportunity to continue working on the project for more pay. As you build your reputation and your portfolio with us, you get more projects and more experience.

There are two documents that you need to fill out and sign prior to starting working with us.
The two documents are: a standard NDA and a standard Freelance Design contract.
